The Hawthorne study has several components that are actively applied into human resource. One of these is how a manager in human resource builds and creates healthy and positive relationships with the employees, enhancing employee performance and productivity (Konopaske et al., 2018). A second way is allowing entry-level employees to assume tasks done by supervisors, which improves and increases productivity. Here, the employees tend to find it fun, where the anxiety built on the possibility of discipline due to poor performance is alleviated (Konopaske et al., 2018). A third way is when employees are allowed to form working groups/teams, where they motivate each other and set working goals and standards.
