2) Discuss the difference between hindsight bias and confirmation bias. In retrospect, what was predictable and not predictable about COVID-19?
3) Do the needs of modern employers suggest that a hierarchical or network structure will work better at building the skills their employees will require to compete in the modern world? Give an example of an organization that demonstrates your approach.

1 Suppose your organization operates under a mandate to be "green." Your responsibility is to choose between putting a data center in Phoenix Arizona or Bergen Norway. Which do you choose and why?
1 In order to comply with the mandate to be “green”, I would set up a data center in Bergen, Norway rather than in Phoenix, Arizona. In one article written by Anderson (2019), the author has noted that a “data center’s power effectiveness was based on a two primary factors: its power density per rack (higher numbers are better) and its reliance on ambient air cooling.” Accordingly, while the power density per rack may be improved whether it be in the United States or in Norway, the requirement for the use of “ambient air cooling” would be much more efficient when done in Bergen, Norway.
Simply said, ambient air cooling is defined as “the use of naturally cool air surrounding a building, such as a data center, to reduce heat inside the facility” CITATION Wig13 \l 1033 (Wigmore, 2013). Since the average temperature in Bergen, Norway is much lower compared to Arizona, this means that it can reduce the power that it needs to cool its data center. Thus, this would help comply with the mandate for the center to be green.
2 Discuss the difference between hindsight bias and confirmation bias. In retrospect, what was predictable and not predictable about COVID-19?
2 The main difference between hindsight and confirmation bias is the relationship between the time when the individual supports his ‘bias’ through his own thinking. On the one hand, hindsight bias is a kind of bias wherein an individual becomes overconfident on his own belief to predict things. This could happen when he has successfully predicted or avoided something that has happened in the ...
