Research and EBP projects call for reports to be prepared and communicated to the target audience. This is done to ensure that the different stakeholders involved in the implementation of EBP projects and research should have the appropriate access to crucial information relevant to the projects so as to ensure they participate. One of the ways of ensuring that this information is communicated effectively is using different channels of communication to reach out to such target audiences as staff nurses as well as the practice nurses; the two are important as they play crucial roles in promoting effective change in healthcare. As such, they should be well informed regarding the EBP projects and research to ensure their contribution is informed. The staff nurses play a crucial role in facilitating change because they are the first practitioners that patients make contact with within the healthcare facilities.
