The organizational environment facilitating ethical practice of nurses for chronically ill patients
A clinical facility is an ideal environment because it administers a patient-centered approach enabling the medical personnel to support each other. Such a clinical environment is important because it nurtures a peaceful atmosphere facilitating ethical decision-making like the patient's rights hence providing the desired outcome for the patients, medics, and immediate family members (Crilly et al., 2017). The environment should also have a qualified workforce using the latest medical facilities like medical-related equipment designed to save chronically ill patient's lives.
