Shared responsibilities between special and generational educators in instructing special needs students potentiate several benefits. First, collaboration has emerged as an increasingly crucial component of effective and successful inclusive education and a central strategy for establishing inclusive schools. In order to achieve inclusive learning and schools, special and, general education instructors must establish a consensus concerning the objectives and roles of diversity and inclusion in classroom settings (Alabdallat et al., 2021). According to Berry (2021), shared responsibility in educating learners with disabilities potentiates several benefits for students and instructors. A shared sense of accountability and resources between special and general educators implies that they integrate efforts towards planning for lessons and collaboratively evaluate and teach special needs students (Berry, 2021).
