What are your initial impressions of the dynamics at the school?
 The school's dynamic seems to be non-integral but as a way of exhausting the powers of the white parents. The Podcast brings about the issue of class and the equity of how the school system is used to enlarge further the gap of inequality between different races like the Latinos, black and white. The Podcast puts forward that everyone wants what is best for school but does not know what best means. Chana states inequity in providing proper and quality education between races and social classes.
Could you relate to them?
The issue of segregation has existed in the education system but is masked by the schools' boards. To some extent, I relate to the topic, that is, through the media and encounters with people who have experienced the dark side of segregation. Though the cases of segregation are not as rampant as they used to in public schools, the issue is still remnant in the system, and the experiences of students of color can clearly show this. For instance, it is reported that in Oakland and New York, the students that perform well are white who have access to the elite school while the only seven black students can make it to this institution while others are left in the selective schools.
