Step #4: Now after viewing the videos you will now write an analysis paper using APA 7 format with no less than three educational citations and three educational references.
A critical analysis paper is subjective writing because it expresses the writer's opinion or evaluation of a text, article, or video. Analysis means to break down and study the parts. Writing a critical paper requires two steps: critical reading and critical writing.
Do not do a narrative of each video, but rather a video analysis of what you learned.
For instance, within your paper answer the following:
*For example, in your paper discuss the main points and what you personally learned from each of the videos, and how you can apply this knowledge in the real world.
*As a teacher, how can you apply what you learned?
*What are your goals to apply what you learned in these videos about traumatized children?
*What are you going to do with that information? Are you going to use that information to change your teaching practices?

Notes to the Writer:

*Since it's a minimum of 3 pages I believe you can focus on writing a page for each of the videos.
* Below I provided the citations for the videos for when you mentioned them in the paper therefore, all you have to cite would be the three educational sources that you choose from educational articles or educational journals.

Critical Analysis of ECD Trauma Class
Introduction
The three videos analyzed in the coursework present very incisive ideas and knowledge of the essence to anyone aspiring to become a school teacher. This paper examines the three videos, Traumatized Children, Hi-Tech Transition, and A Teacher’s culture in detail, highlighting important skills learned from different teachers in the video and how an aspiring teacher can apply the skills to improve their teaching practice. Furthermore, the paper also highlights why the videos' considerable teaching skills are vital in teaching.
Analysis of the Traumatized Children Video
In the video mentioned above, three major points come out, which are vital in improving any teacher's teaching skills. The first aspect is the idea of understanding a learner's background. Secondly, the video highlights the importance of focusing on the learner's positive elements rather than the negative behavior. Finally, Julie Miller, who is the teacher of focus in the video in her interaction with learners, illustrates the importance of letting learners understand that their intelligence is known by their teachers (Available Light Productions, 2010). All these three lessons are vital in building confidence between teachers and learners and enhancing the learning environment to be secure from a learner’s perspective (Alario et al., 2017). Just as studies have shown that a safe climate enhances effective learning among learners, it is convincible to argue that the three points captured from the video are vital in strengthening confidence among learners, critical in attaining a productive learning process.
Upon picking up the three critical elements highlighted above that are key in teaching traumatized learners, the crucial question that arises is, how can teachers apply the skills in their line of duty. One Way through which teachers can use such mastery is through a reflection of personal experience. This is what Julie Miller does in her practice. Having been brought up by a troubled parent, her experience equipped her to understand traumatized learners' experience hence handling them appropriately (Available Light Productions, 2010). On the other hand, not every teacher goes through a hard time growing up, and therefore, such teachers can understand their learners by running a background check about their learners to understand their perspective of life (Alario et al., 2017). Finally, teachers can also instill confidence among their learners by focusing on the numerous positive elements that learners showcase instead of the rare negative aspects.
Analysis of Hi-Tech Transition
In the second video, just like the first video, one key element that comes out regarding school learning is that learners concentrate more in environments that they deem secure. One of the significant aspects that ignites insecure feelings among learners is the act of getting exposed to new environments (Hawk & Hill, 2014). Most students get traumatized when they transition from one school to another, especially from primary to secondary. The video mentioned above, there...
