You will likely produce one or more drafts before settling on a final version of your memorandum. Points will be deducted for grammatical, and other noticeable blemishes.
For this assignment you can write your memo as if you are a policy adviser to the Governor of New Jersey? United States Congressperson; or member of the State Legislature. For your second policy memo assignment, you will be writing to the President of the United States; or the Speaker of the US House of Representatives.
