The present study aims to explore the activities that firms should be doing in the internal environment and how those activities affect marketing logistics. The researcher goes ahead to explore the evolution of marketing logistics, its potential benefits for firms that alter intrafirm behaviors, and the potential of intrafirm behaviors in this era of global marketing and supply chain management. The present study explores intrafirm behaviors such as reward systems, cross-functional collaboration, interdepartmental integration, and their impact on the success of the firm at the market level.
