On the other hand, business need is an attribute that only aims to benefit the business. Customers and producers need to have a win-win solution to ensure a long-lasting business (Salminen et al., 2021). Poorly designed product lags the country's economy behind. We need to engage in customer awareness to provide quality products that never harm people's culture and mobilize customers on the excellent experience of the service or the product.
