Mental demands are the mental or emotional pressures that one experiences. The office manager's roles are to supervise and monitor other staff members and manage relationships with stakeholders. To accomplish this and other roles, the office manager needs to remember and execute different instructions. There is also a need to maintain attention, concentration, and alertness are less likely to be attentive in the workplace. Mental demands can be occupational stressors, yet Ms. K is expected to exercise good judgment and decision-making.How will you measure mental demands?
