Workplace conflict is an issue that affects all organizations, especially those concerned with social work. Several causes are attached to conflicts within an organization. Such may include unfair allocation of resources among departments, unfair promotion and rewards, poor communication, and disrespect among employees and their supervisors (López et al., 2021). Based on the given cases study, juniors' disrespect to seniors and their heads resulted in a conflict in the Nursing Centre. In my discussion, I will tackle on how the issue between Janie and me as LPNs.
It should be noted that continued conflicts among workers and their supervisors can lead to poor performance. Therefore it is good advice that Janie be called upon and face the organization's disciplinary committee. During the committee meeting, Janie should be properly counseled and advised on behaving in his duty.
