(2015) allude that in its strategic plan, the United Healthcare organization has laid down procedures that will be important in helping it to keep a trend on the different medical care serviced developments, especially with the growing invention of wearable devices that aid in monitoring the health status of individuals. For instance, the development of a Fitbit that helps patients suffering from diabetes 2 was a significant milestone for the organization since the patients are able to manage their glucose levels, thereby minimizing their frequent need for medication.
