Mr. M has a low WBC count which can be associated with the drugs the drugs that he is using for treatment and the surgery that he went through. Given that Mr. M has a number of leukocytes and the urine is cloudy, this is an indication that he is suffering from a urinal tract infection. The number of lymphocytes count is also high due to the infection that Mr. M. He is also suffering from memory loss having challenges in recalling the names of his close relatives and becoming fearful. He is also anxious. These symptoms can be associated with the death of the brain cells also called Alzheimer’s disease. Before arriving at any conclusion, it is important to revisit the medical history of MR. M. The protein tests also indicate that Mr. M might be suffering from a certain form of blood cancer. As a way of reducing the risk of reducing the risk of infection due to appendectomy, I would also advise Mr. M to avoid lifting so much weight and follow the doctors’ instructions pertaining taking a bath and many other practices CITATION Neu16 \l 1033 (Neumann, et al., 2016).
