Fish in a Tree is written by a known writer named Lynda Mullaly Hunt, who published it last 2015. Although it is labeled as a children's book, its readers were limited to children and even older than them because this book focuses on the education environment. The topic should be known to all (Nabila, 2019). Adding to this, Gill (2020) disclosed that this book had won different awards after being published, such as Amazon Best Book of the Year 2015 and Schneider Family Book Award 2016.
The story of this book goes to a child name Ally and her life and struggles at school. It was being presented at first her struggles of not reading and writing up until to the point of being teased by his classmates. Until their new teacher came and a transfer student, she began to be friends with them and started to change. Remarkably, she started to properly learn how to read and write with her new teacher's help. She eventually asked her teacher to help her brother since she was learning through it (Hunt, 2015).

With this evidences, it can be concluded that genetics can be a reason for her dyslexia, as can be seen in his brother. While the environmental issue that she was the continuous mockery of her classmates towards her. Even her previous teacher was unable to determine her circumstances after some obvious hints.
In support of this, Nicolson & Fawcett (2011) referred to dyslexia as a learning disability of children who can experience conventional learning inside the classroom but still having difficulties writing, reading, and spelling words. 4% is the statistical data of how common is this type of learning disability to young children, yet this number can still rise to 10%. Like the first half of the story, where it was not yet stated that it was dyslexia, Ally was having a hard time writing and reading, and at the same time, she experiences environmental issues.
Surprisingly, the recent teacher named Mr. Daniels was able to identify her situation within a few meetings. Although it should be natural for them to do so, some teachers are more likely to be unaware of such situations. Shetty & Rai (2014) identified in their study that not...
