Military intelligence support is an integral part of the strategy in war, and it helps militaries gain the upper hand on the enemy. The war in Iraq depended heavily on intelligence for action to occur since the boots on the ground were responsible for execution. However, in any war, the planning and deliberation process always takes up all the time and shows the process through which a war can be conducted. War plans are heavily dependent on actionable intelligence for perfect execution. However, there is a bureaucratic mess in the control and echelons of power that mitigation is always crucial to ensure the plans are accurate. The information shared depends on the real-time intelligence gathered on the ground, the availability of assets to collect and analyze the information and execute it accordingly. The people's judgment passing on the intellect is always in contention since there is a massive mishap in the sharing and execution of intelligence.[. Hooker, Gregory. 2005. Shaping The Plan For Operation Iraqi Freedom. 4th ed. Washington: Washington Institute for Near East Policy.]

The interweb of connected individuals showed the true nature of war and profits, which ignored the real agenda of helping people cope with their various war crimes.
Media leaks on how the events occurred during the war were another intelligence mishap. The Iraqi were used to kidnappings, bombings, war, and chaos, but the US military came and turned it around. Human intelligence, which was a crucial part of how the US managed to win the war, made it impossible to ignore. However, other leaks about the absence of nuclear weapons and the oil in the area made the war a hoax. Officials from the state department rarely commented on the issue, by in 2004, senior intelligence officers were implicated. The natural deception from the president, then George W Bush, and secretary of state Collin Powell made the issue a more major disaster.
Developing human intelligence took time since it required learning the culture of the people and assimilating with them. However, the presence of operatives in Iraq enabled them to cultivate relationships with the very secretive locals and organized to identify the Sunni awakening of the al-Qaida cells. The first attempt to develop the associations was not easy due to massive mistrust and the consensus by the locals not to help Americans. However, cultivating narrative...
