I take this opportunity granted to me this evening to thank everyone who has made this possible and my special appreciation to the lady accountable for my presence here today. She has been a mentor to many, but to me, she holds a more important place in my heart.
She is indeed a work in progress for many generations to come and the present. When she started her career as a young lady, she did not know how far her intelligence and effort to serve states would take but surprisingly, she has made the world proud today.
