Research Proposal In November 2018, the Trump administration announced that it would be more open to proposals from cities or states that impose work requirements for Medicaid. Since then, a large number of restrictions have been applied to adults who might like to avail Medicaid. All over the United States, thousands of people are diagnosed with mental disorders, and it is very unfortunate that the rules for availing Medicaid have become strict. The new move is resting on the premise that people who are willing to get Medicaid will have to get insurance via work, and in this proposal, I would like to describe why this new decision of the Trump administration is problematic for a large number of Americans. First of all, hundreds of people are unemployed and uneducated. This means if they are not doing any job, they may not be able to get benefited from Medicaid.
