One of the financial aspects that will help in the improvement of the quality of care accorded to stroke patients is the availability of funds to employ enough nurses in hospitals. This will help in the reduction of the waiting period that patients spend in the hospitals because the few nurses have to attend all the patients. My proposal for improving the quality of healthcare of stroke patients will directly impact the availability of funds to employ more nurses because the nurses will be in a position to attend to a lot of patients. The fact that a patient can have ample time with a nurse is an indication that they will receive the care that they need without because the nurse will not be in a hurry to attend to other patients. In addition, the proposal will have an indirect impact on finances in the fact that a good salary will act as a motivating factor to the nurses hence enabling them to become more productive as compared to the nurses with a little salary. Therefore, if the hospital will get enough funds, then they will be able to take care of all the financial issues that are necessary for the improvement of the care accorded to stroke patients.
In addition, the quality aspect to be considered is the values of the patients. The proposal will have a direct impact on the values of the patients in that it is the wish of every patient to be accorded the best care possible.
