Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. or Hilton is a multinational hospitality company that Conrad Hilton established in 1919. The organization franchises, owns, manages, and leases a broad portfolio of resorts and hotels. Christopher Nassetta is the chief executive officer of Hilton. Hilton is among the world’s largest and rapidly growing hospitality companies with about 18 brands and 7,000 properties in over 122 territories and countries (Hilton.com, 2022). Some of the Hilton brands are Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Grand Vacations, Canopy by Hilton, LXR Hotels and Resorts, Double Tree, Curio Collection, Embassy Suites Hotels, and Signia. My research proposal is about Hilton and discusses how one will obtain credible and valid sources and resources about the company.
One of the most significant things when preparing to write a research paper is to search for credible, reliable, accurate, and current sources. In particular, the sources determine the reliability, credibility, and accuracy of the research paper. That explains why an individual will spend time searching for credible sources to ensure that the information given is correct. For example, based on Fortune Magazine, Hilton has around 142,000 employees and a market value of $42,356.6 million (Fortune, 2022). As a result, the information given by the research paper about Hilton will be reliable and can be used by other researchers to obtain relevant knowledge about the company.
Besides, the researcher must determine the appropriate resources to use to ensure that the audience understands the research paper.
