The internet has become a popular medium that is used by many people. Children are also exposed to new content and activities via social media. The study by Blackwell et al. (2014) focuses on different activities that children engage in on the internet. The internet is used for various purposes, including social networking, playing online games, and watching online films and videos. Children growing up in the internet age have very different experiences than children who grew up without the internet.
