Technology has a significant impact on the ways that individuals interact with each other daily. The internet and technology are the major communication mediums that enhance communication in the contemporary world. According to Antonucci et al. (2017), social networking, mobile phones, computers, video conferencing, and emails are effective modern technology ways that affect communication in academic, professional, civic, and personal contexts. Firstly, technology impacts the educational setting as one of the areas that need a frequent exchange of ideas. Notably, the use of video conferencing is one of the methods that enhance learning effectiveness involving a large group of students (Antonucci et al., 2017). In such a case, professors have a chance to pass knowledge to the students through the medium. Secondly, technology affects interaction in a professional context. For instance, I embrace the use of emails in exchanging business ideas and other relevant information.
