Management Research Assignment: Personal Leadership Profile

Research Paper Instructions:

It is extremely importantly you follow all the instructions and the rubric; I don't have a lot of money and wouldn't be using this if I didn't absolutely need the high grade.
The Personal Leadership Profile paper for this class is separated into 4 sections.
Section 1 and 2 are due on Friday, November 20. Introductory Section and Strengths and Accomplishments.
I would like to base this Leadership profile on Teamwork. I have been a stay at home mom for the past 16 years to care for my nonverbal autistic son. I have taken him to countless therapies, working with doctors, therapists, teachers. I ran an in-home program in which I found volunteers to work with him in my home. I was in charge of this program and the volunteers.
I am 45 years old. I went to college after high school but did not finish getting my degree but am doing this now. I hope to work with people with disabilities after I graduate.
My personal statement of leadership philisophy needs to say something about teamwork being essential. I grew up playing sports, continued into adulthood and I have needed to work together with many different people to help my oldest son.

SECTION 1
Personal Introduction
I have been a stay at home mom for the past 16 years. I have had to stay at home to take care of my son who is suffering from non-verbal autism. During this time, I had to look for various methods of making sure that my son would get therapies to improve his health. Previously, I was a leader in an in-home program where I had a team of volunteers who worked with me so that we could help the children who were suffering from autism.
In my leadership journey, I have come to realize that teamwork is very important in leadership. When I was a stay at home mom, I would work with various doctors, therapists, physicians and even teachers to make sure that I have helped my son to get therapies. It is due to such experiences that I founded the program and got a team of volunteers so that we would get our hands together to help the children who are suffering from autism in the society.
When I was running my own program, I was able to recognize that various people in this world have different strengths and it is necessary for one to become a champion of people with disabilities. Regardless of how we may view such people, they have their purpose for existence, and there is something that they can do better than you do. I have also been able to discover that time management is essential when you are working with the people with disabilities as their leader. You need to learn how to manage your time to avoid the wastage of time.
Personal and professional visions
I have different visions in my life. After completing my high school education, I went to college, but I was not able to complete my education and get my degree. However, I later realized that it is very important for one to have a degree and as a result, I have enrolled again in college so that I can be able to complete my education and get my degree. I intend to work with the children with special needs and ensure that they can also lead a normal life just like the other children in the society. They should be given an opportunity to develop their skills in different areas and get away from developmental delays that affect their lives in later times.
I hope to work with the people with disabilities after I graduate. During my education in college, I intend to work as a volunteer at various community centers so that I can gain more experience. I have learned some lessons after I decided to take care of my autistic son. I also have intentions of spending my student teaching semester in a special education classroom. During this time, I will be able to learn more about how to talk and take care of children who have disabilities.
Motivation to Lead
My motivation to lead comes from the experience that I have had after taking care of my autistic son and also the program that I was running of helping children who are suffering from autism. I have come to learn that most of the people in the society despise the children who are suffering from disabilities and they are not given equal opportunities. There are families who lock up their children with disabilities in their houses instead of coming out and taking them to special schools so that they can be able to be educated and become pro...
