Modern change in the 21st century has cut across all sectors of human life. Many human beings in our modern-day lives have followed the trend of working in offices and jobs that require a formal organization. Since most people are involved in white-collar jobs, a lot has been learned over the past century, and the ideals that once motivated those involved in these jobs in the past are not the ones that motivate modern-day employees. In this report, employee satisfaction, which is a Human Resource related opportunity and a vital area of need in an organization, will be strategically addressed.
Formal education in our modern-day world has revolutionized the global economy. Human beings have learned a lot from when they are born to the time they graduate from universities and colleges with degrees that give them a step closer to getting that important job they have always wanted to. This struggle to complete their studies has created an inner feeling that they are worth a good salary, especially in those who took various career courses. This feeling has led most of them to feel a great disappointment once they realize that the outside world, especially the white-collar job sector, has a lot of competition, making it hard for them to earn what they perceived at the back of their minds as their worth.
This is where the importance of Human Resource Management comes in. Most organizations, both big corporations and small startup businesses, have a Human Resource department in the modern world. The Human Resource department oversees some of the most important components in an organization necessary to ensure a business runs successfully.
