Presidential Agendas: How did each of the presidents handle the problem?

Different administrations have a different ways of handling healthcare issues. For the most part, such issues are already apparent before the start of their terms and have always been some of the spotlights in presidential debates. One of the crucial and pressing concerns that were asked during debates was the HIV pandemic worldwide. The pandemic has afflicted not only the United States but also almost every country around the world. In this article, the author would like to focus on how past administrations have addressed/prioritized the problem and provide insight into what could have been done differently.
One of the administrations have focused on the AIDS Pandemic back then was the Administration of Bush Jr. For example, the Bush administration's PEPFAR has donated about $80 billion for the research, prevention, and combatting of the disease to countries all around the world CITATION KFF20 \l 13321 (KFF.Org, 2020).
