  2. Watch a game from a media source (TV, cable, Youtube etc).
  3. Prepare to highlight some of the key movements you noticed. Ie. sprinting, jogging strength etc.
  4. FIll out the checklist below for the key things to make you a better participant in that sport, in the fitness center or the track and field.ie.pullups,sprint, dips jogging etc.
  5. Identify the components of physical fitness obtained through observation from the sport and check off the lines that are included in your observation below
  6. Identify the muscles involved in movements observed from the sport you watched on the checklist below.
  7. FIll in the Sport Analysis Checklist with exercises you would include for a 1 hour workout.
