Developing an Implementation Plan: Using Exercise to Reduce Blood Pressure

High blood pressure, which is highly associated with excessive body weight, has been a serious medical condition for millions of people worldwide. Many researchers in the medical field have worked to develop treatment measures for hypertension. However, it is undeniable that engaging in regular, yet appropriate physical exercise has remained to be among the long-lasting and reliable procedures with which to control high blood pressure.
According to Lenz (2008), physical exercise helps to maintain pulses are rates that could lower hypertension. With high blood pressure exposes a patient to high risks of contracting infections like kidney failure and cardiovascular illnesses, it is vital that all persons take the necessary precautionary measure to control it (hypertension).
