Considering Nomad’s objective of creating an unforgettable experience and the fierce competition that exists in the Colombian tourism sector, partnering with local tour operators and retailers is the most effective method of entering the market. Partnering with local tour operators will be particularly crucial for Nomad in grasping the diverse culture of Colombians, especially outside Medellin. However, Nomad should only partner with local tour operators and retailers that deal with activities that it lacks. For instance, Nomad does not offer accommodation nor does it offer food. As a result, it should partner with local tour operators and retailers who specialize in accommodation and foodstuff. According to Bramwell & Lane (2017), partnering with local tour operators enables tourist agencies to bundle their products together and deliver them to tourists as one experience rather than single events.
