My product is transportation services. The company name is Elite Transportation. It offers different kind of transportation services: weddings, corporate events, winery tours, airport transport. The company has all nice black elite cars: limos, SUVs, and party busses. The target markets for the marketing plan are business people (local businesses, hotel) and older people who lives in assistant living facilities.
It is a real company.

According to Mullins and Walker (2013), as evidenced in exhibit 15.1, exploiting the business market requires a robust comprehension of the company’s products that can either be categorized into improvements in or revisions of existing products, repositioning, or cost reductions. Since Elite Transportation System has been in operation for some time, as earlier noted, it will be important for the company to chart its future based on ideal approaches of capturing a wider market base while at the same time ensuring that services and products offered have unmatched quality and reflects the worth of money being spent by customers. This objective makes the company suit the improvements in or revisions of existing products category. In other words, Elite Transportation Company seeks to chart its continuity in the transportation sector from a company growth perspective. This categorization is necessitated by the fact that the Elite Transportation System needs to command new markets and customers being assured of quality products and services.
