2.Explain how your top five strengths relate to your leadership style. Determine how they relate to the key functions you would need to perform as a manager.
3.Determine what traits you need to work on the most to become a good leader. Then, explain whether these traits differ from the strengths you need to be a good manager.
4.Indicate which of your strengths you anticipate you will use the most in college or a future career.

I was not surprised at the five main strengths are the individualizationcompetition, activator, empathy and achieve results. Four of the strengths are in the relationship building and influencing theme, while the achiever strength is an executing theme. The results are not surprising as I prefer building relationships and seeking to influence, while I am comfortable fostering mutual trust. Merely establishing relationships is not enough of there are no efforts to add value to the relationship. The ability to rely and communicate these strengths will prove vital in leadership, as being aware of these strengths makes it easier to identify gaps. Being an activator ensures that things are done and one uses strategic thinking skills to address the pressing concerns.2] Explain how your top five strengths relate to your leadership style. Leaders influence change and among the strengths the activator and competition strengths are elements of influencing others to accept ideas even as I take charge. Influencing the people is critical even when leaders perform the controlling function. Building strong relational connections is also necessary when working with teams, and I would need to manage relations. The responsibility of executing things is another important element in leadership, and as an action oriented leader and will not be afraid to make decisions. Being a decisive leader is important to getting things done, and activates the people around. Increasingly people work in teams and as activator leader I will help the team to achieve the common goal while controlling to ensure that the plans of action are effective.
