Introduction
There are many different sports that are there in different countries across the world. Some of these sports are new others have been there since time immemorial and some of them are currently being used as business. This paper will specifically concentrate on the Chinese Chess- Street Dance.
This essay examines the organization that is called Let’s Sport that specifically deals with sports and sporting services.
Let’s Sport Organization
The name of the organization is Let’s Sport limited Company. The goal and the objective of this business organization is to be among the largest and the most successful companies dealing with sports facilities that are specifically used in the playing of Chinese Chess not only in the country but also globally. The top most leader of the organization is the Chief Executive Officer and I am the one in that position as the leader of the group that came up with this business idea.

There are different management or motivation theories that can be used in the management of an organization. The management of this organization is specifically based on the Intrinsic or Self-Motivation Theory
Most of the scholars have pointed out that an individual can be best motivated from within. Fundamentally, motivation comes from within an individual; therefore self, intrinsic or self-motivation is an important factor within an organization.
