Part one
The research questions seek to determine whether doing good has a positive impact on the life of individuals. The outcomes are divided into two parts, psychological and physical well-being, and each of them is analyzed depending on conducted researches. The newspaper also seeks to understand the age variable that can be discerned in the topic and specifically if there are differences in the young and the old outcomes. Gender is also a distinguishing factor, and the author seeks to understand if either women or men have better health outcomes.
There was no general methodology in the research because the newspaper did not conduct researches and collect data. The paper seeks to give a casual understanding of the concept to its audience by quoting conclusions from previous investigations on the topic. It also has commentaries from distinguished personnel from accredited universities to help unravel the topic's truth and how it is connected to well-being (Bryan, 2020). There are numerous opinions from people on how they feel about volunteering and how they would like to be treated, especially in work environments.
Generally, the findings are that doing good helps in improving the well-being of individuals. It allows an individual from thinking about problems they are facing, and they concentrate on making other people feel good and worthy (Bryan, 2020). The newspaper acknowledges gaps in the research, but this does not mean there are any apparent demerits. Engaging in informal volunteering and goodwill is beneficial, and organizations should also be benevolent to their workers.

There were numerous research questions in the research articles, and the researchers hoped to find all the answers in a single study. However, the main question was to find the relationship between prosociality and well-being, emphasizing the extent of influence between the two concepts. They were analyzed through demographic lenses, and some of the variables tested included if age, race, occupation, and gender had any significant effects on prosociality and well-being.
The data were grouped into two, primary and secondary data. Both types were sourced from previous researches on the topic, and each of them analyzed different sets of variables. The role of this research was to enumerate the relationship between all the conducted and analyzed researchers. There were theoretical and demographic moderators used in the analysis, each having a denotation to measure the extent to which they influence each other. Primary and secondary data was to gain statistical relevance and completeness in the analysis and reduce bias. Numerous analysis methods were used because the data was largely borrowed and analyzed in previous research.
The main limitation is that the research relied mostly on secondary data, and there was no independence...
