1. Organizational Policies and Procedures (Corporate Compliance Program)
The Trust Hospice Services organization provides high-quality hospice and palliative care services to patients while supporting family members and caregivers. The hospice emphasizes commitment to compliance where there is a compliance team managing the Corporate Compliance Program. There are compliance responsibilities and oversight for the manager, compliance taskforce, employees, external stakeholders, and legal counsel. There is patient data protection and maintaining patient confidentiality.
2. Policies and procedures 
* Conforming to high ethical standards, laws, and regulations to provide high-quality hospice and palliative care services.
* There are data protection policies that require protecting patient data in accordance with data regulations.
* Healthcare practitioners and support staff members are recruited and promoted on merit.
* Before assessing the patients’ consent to the treatment plan and support.
* Written patient consent is required before treatment or therapy, while key workers will complete documentation and discuss with patients on matters about healthcare. 
* Volunteers communicate with the volunteering coordinator and are guided on connecting with patients and providing patients’ needs. 
3. Organizational Code of Ethical Conduct
Meeting the patients to meet the hospice and palliative care needs and that of their families is prioritized to provide high-quality services. Excellence and integrity are essential in providing safe and high-quality care (Harrison et al., 2017). The healthcare practitioners carry out the tasks that correspond to the position without neglecting those that are explicitly entrusted to them while also being willing to learn and expand their knowledge. The health care team members engage in ethical conduct by maintaining integrity, fairness, honesty, and clarity of purpose while committing to the code of conduct and ethics (Sandsdalen et al., 2016). There is also respect and protection of patient confidentiality and data protection. Patients come from diverse backgrounds, and multicultural competence is essential when working with patients and families. Thus, the hospice and palliative care health workers must respect the diversity of the patients and families.
