Communication- The exchange of information through speaking, writing, or a medium. Besides, communication can occur through sending or receiving information through devices, such as phones or computers. Communication is the backbone of any successful business organization. Cardy (2014) suggests that lack of communication in an organization leads to losses and conflicts.
Trust- The relationship between two parties. Besides, it is the act of being honest with someone or something. Trust plays a vital role in enhancing the decision-making process. Additionally, it fosters the growth of an organization by ensuring people work and live together harmoniously. Lack of trust minimizes transparency levels and communication, making it impossible for the organization to achieve its intended target. Accordingly, lack of confidence can lead to unhealthy workplace culture, affecting employees’ productivity and engagement.
Productivity- The ability to use the available resources efficiently in an organization to achieve business objectives. Time, space, information, equipment, materials, people, finance, energy, and knowledge are examples of resources in an organization that influence productivity.
