Peter’s New York City (NYC) firm was in stage four. In his new role as the leader of a Paris-based firm, Peter is uncomfortable with the rigorous debates in the organization. In stage four, team members demonstrate shared values and the willingness to share knowledge and engage (James, 2020). Peter seems to detest competitive mindsets among employees.
