Human resource management is a strategic approach an organization develops to nurture and support employees while ensuring a suitable workplace environment. It maximizes the organization's effectiveness by ensuring company staff are well-equipped, motivated, and aligned with the organization's goals and culture. The selected organization is a technology company that designs and codes applications used in supply chain management. The main product for this company is a software application designed to monitor and control company’s supply chain logistics. A digital workflow is required to deliver this product. This workflow will allow the software to automate some processes.
This workflow requires a programmer, a research and development (R&D) personnel, and a marketing expert. The programmer will code the software and ensure that the application can solve all the customers’ problems. The R&D job will drive innovation, address technical uncertainties and foster experimentation. The marketing position links the company to the market through advertisement. The marketing personnel will use their technical knowledge to increase product awareness, adoption, and advocacy. They will provide best practice guidance and recommendations to maximize the product sale based on consumer preferences and demands.
Software development job requires the highest level of hiring annually. For that reason, applicants must possess key knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs). The three most important KSAs applicants must have include knowledge of software development models, skill in writing code in a currently supported programming language, and ability to work efficiently in multi-disciplinary teams.
Applicants should be recruited
