* Increase the Effort

For instance, it would be difficult to sell drugs in a less populated community since it makes the landlords vulnerable. Mobility in the store creates a room for people o sell drugs without anyone noticing. Firstly, to curb the problem, the management of the store will be required to prohibit the use of electronic devices in the store. In this case, without the use of mobile phones in the store. Through this process, the communication channel between the drug sellers and buyers will be interfered with. Without communication, the business will not continue, and the perpetrators will be required to look for other venues. Electronic cards will be useful to solve the problem since they usually assign every person a unique key that monitors their location and time within the store (Wortley & Mazerolle, 2013). In most cases, drugs will be transported within the store with a bag; therefore, it will be vital for the store to implement scanning devices in the main gate.
* Increase the Risk
Utilizing the managers in the store will be quite helpful in solving the problem. Managers play an integral role in keeping every activity running. In most scenarios, store managers are over the place, trying to ensure everything is running smoothly. In most cases, drug sellers and buyers are usually skeptical, which means it will be easier to note their movement in and out of the store. CCTV cameras are very important in every business. They make work easier in terms of monitoring, meaning the managers can spot any ill-plan within the store. Most importantly, CCTV cameras usually have a storage disk in which you can monitor patterns of people in the store. Through this process, it will be easy to capture the perpetrators. Employ two or more clerks in the convenience stores to ensure work is evenly distributed. The objective is to ensure every part of the store is monitored. Drug problem requires collective effort; therefore, it is significant to reward vigilance.
