I believe we are all here because we are men and women of integrity. Gone are the days when we judged people by their skin colors, their origin, or nationality. In fact, America was proud to provide homes for Jews who were persecuted during the Second World War. The common thing between me and you, you and her, you and him, is that we believe in individual rights and freedom. In fact, human rights and liberties formed the foundation upon, which our country was laid.
We are here today not because we wanted to, but because the plaintiff disregards American principles. We are here today, to demonstrate that our countries generosity and formidable laws are not to be taken for granted. The plaintiff claims that my client threatened to terminate her visa, verbally assaulted her at work, and did not pay her salary. On the contrary, we shall demonstrate that my client was justified by both law and morals to take certain actions. We shall also prove beyond every cloud of reasoning doubt that the plaintiff is accusing my client falsely.
So, let us act like Americans because we are renowned for our integrity. Let us take time to understand how immigrants manipulate our laws to hold us hostage. Let us be keen to listen to my client; for my client took all the reasonable precautions to prevent the plaintiff from making such complaints. It is because the plaintiff signed an employment agreement that required the employee to act reasonably. Critical is the fact that we shall understand the plaintiff disregards American laws by taking advantage of our laws, to hold our citizens hostage.
