Well-being and stress are the common indicators of the working conditions of a nurse. Nurses sometimes work in difficulties and stress which undermine their capacity to provide quality services. The work management has an impact on vigor through workload. Higher scores are expected on vigor if the hospital management supports the nurses to control their work demands, otherwise lower scores are expected if the nurses face difficulties in balancing their work demands. Other workplace factors like access to resources, information, and opportunities for development are provided and their effect on quality determines patients’ outcomes (Fitzpatrick et al.2004).
