a. Infective Tissue Perfusion
A: The patient had just given birth and reported signs of dizziness. Vital signs also showed changes in pulse rate and skin turgor. Additionally, the patient has consistently experienced nausea for the past 2 hours and overall reduced urine output.
D: These symptoms indicate the possibility of Infective Tissue Perfusion.
P: The patient should be initially assisted with common treatments, including the use of peripheral assistance with position changes, oxygen therapy, and active/passive exercises CITATION Way22 \l 1033 (Wayne, 2022).
