Hello, Team Travelling to Uganda,
As part of the expansion plan, we require employees to travel overseas for some assignments to research and market our products. This year, we are privileged to assign a team of 23 employees to different regions of our international market. We acknowledge that, in the past, we successfully deployed our teams in various regions in the Near East, East Asia, the Pacific, and South Asia, except Africa. This time around, we will be focusing our efforts on Africa, primarily Uganda. We will be deploying our teams to work in this country, and they will be based in Kampala, the capital city. As indicated in our earlier memo dated 7 July 2022, the date of departure is booked for 17 May 2023.
Since traveling overseas can be as challenging as exciting, we urge the selected members to continue preparing for the trip. With a few months remaining, there are various requirements that you need to address, including making sure your visa and passports are up-to-date, registering the trip with the state departments, checking health advisories and warnings, buying travel insurance, obtaining vaccination, and packing appropriately.
