Choose one of the organizations to use for all weekly assessments.(USE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE) You will not be able to change your organization, so make sure you are comfortable with your choice. An organization is typically centered on its mission and vision, but it may not always do as its statement says.

Describe the mission, vision, values, structure, and culture of the company. Each description should be 75-100 words.
Based on your advanced organizer and further research on your company, analyze the degree of alignment between what the organization is currently doing (actions) and their mission, vision, values, structure, and culture. Think about what your company is doing right and on-brand and where there is room for improvement. Your analysis should be 500-750 words.

The United States (U.S.) Air Force Mission Statement
The U.S. Air Force's mission is to "fly, fight, and win – airpower anytime, anywhere" (U.S. Air Force, n.d.). The organization pursues its mission with integrity and excellence as a team of innovators, warriors, and leaders. Men and women in the U.S. Air Force play significant responsibilities and duties to ensure that the United States of America (USA) is protected from all forms of attacks in its airspace. That is why soldiers are well-trained to make sure that they have what it takes to fight, fly, and win to safeguard their country.
Vision Statement
The vision statement of the U.S. Air Force is "it's our promise to protect" (U.S. Air Force, n.d.). The primary objective of the organization is to protect the USA from internal and external attacks. The U.S. Air Force has to serve Americans beyond and within its boundaries. In particular, it dominates cyberspace and airspace to ensure that citizens of the USA are safe. The organization keeps improving itself through training, experience, and innovation. The government provides that the U.S. Air Force is well-equipped to safeguard Americans.
Values
Core values are the common bond that unites men and women serving in the U.S. Air Force. These individuals are committed to serving, living, and upholding three primary values: service before self, integrity first, and excellence in all they do. Airmen and women must have courage, conviction, integrity, and be honest and accountable to do the right thing even when no one is watching (Spall, 2021). The person should take precedence of professional duties over personal desires and strive for improvement in service and self.
Structure
The USA’s President is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces. The U.S. Air Force has two leaders in the Pentagon: the air staff and the Secretary of the Air Force (SECAF). Indeed, the organization has more than 317,000 active airmen and women (Friedel, 2017). The Headquarters Air Force (HAF) is based in Pentagon. The highest-ranking military officer is the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF). Figure 1 below is a pyramid that shows the Air Force structure, where each level indicates the number of units.
