The video tells about the importance of seeing things by using other forms and these are in photographs, icons, objects, and other things that show people the essence of what is around them. Painted images are not to be taken literally because they were made during a significant time in the painter’s life.
When a person is in front of an image or film, they could have different interpretations and could form different conclusions. This is related to what people consider as art because some only see the literal meaning of what is in front of them and some look deeper. The reality is that these images, paintings, sculptures, icons, and objects are a representation of a story. One photo could deliver a very meaningful message because it conveys something crucial. In some cases, they could be part of a mystery or religiosity and they are sold for a price after the camera reproduced a painting into an image. The originality of the painter’s ideas get destroyed after it has been reproduced.
There is a silence and stillness in these original paintings that sometimes the real meaning is lost after it has been re-printed several times. This...
