Nonetheless, my arguments that back up the above sentiments are highlighted below:
Firstly, leaders neither transfer their legacy nor do their upbringings propose that they can be better front-runners. For instance, siblings of great leaders do not essentially need to become nest leaders. This reveals that traits attached to the leadership are not heredity and can be acquired or learned throughout the leadership process. Usually, for one to become a great leader, it starts with individual decisions. However, specific attributes constitute good leadership abilities that are inborn. One of them is intelligence. In order to be leader intellectuals, for instance, in organizations, leaders need to be intelligent enough to detect, approach and solve issues affecting employees.
Behavioral theories affirm that an individual can become a leader through teaching, learning, and observation. This confirms that leadership possesses a set of attributes that could elate one to be heard by the crowd. Though it is a lifetime activity, good leaders tend to be associated with development that will earn them novel skills to help the people they lead and the community.
