Introduction
This essay is a personal reflection of my leadership traits. Throughout this course, I have learnt the importance of practicing good leadership. From my school experience, I developed greater insights into ways of showcasing my leadership abilities. In this reflection, I have discovered my main strength and weakness as a leader. By quantifying my leadership traits, this paper reflects on my accomplishments and possible areas of improvement. Understanding my strength and weakness in leadership helps me to improve my leadership experience. As I reflect on my knowledge and skills, what I have discovered about myself as a leader is vast.
Leadership Strength
Every leader is part of a team. In my leadership experience, my greatest strength was teamwork. Working with groups makes me an effective team member when performing my leadership tasks. My ability to showcase teamwork is my greatest strength because I can easily delegate tasks to my team. I have learnt the importance of having a sense of togetherness. Uniting with my team enables me to emphasize on the key decisions and develop effective solutions. I also take charge of decision making processes only when it is necessary. I can effectively utilize my team to avoid struggling with the execution of my leadership plans. Through this course, I learn and understand my role as a team member and how it enforces successful mediation during conflicts. I qualify to be a good leader because of my charisma and close relationship with my team.
