The National Education Association (NEA) Code of Ethics aligns with the Christian worldview perspective. In particular, it emphasizes an education workforce that serves all students’ needs by offering quality educational services. A Christian worldview is based on adhering to God’s teachings as portrayed in the Bible. Indeed, it guides individuals on how to respect human dignity, be truthful, honest, responsible, and promote equality. Similarly, the NEA Code of Ethics requires educators to foster the freedom of student knowledge acquisition without any form of discrimination that might arise from religious, sex, racial, skin color, cultural, sexual orientation, marital status, familial, or political differences (National Education Association, 2020).
