Prompt
In Week 2 Discussions, you are placed into a specific group in order to decrease the size of the class. This week's discussion involves part III of the case study titled All or Nothing: A Case Study in Muscle Contraction.

Guidelines
Specific guidelines for you and your group members to follow after you have completed the answers to this case study:(This will be attached as picture)
Your initial response should include your answers for Part III. Be sure to create a clear and organized response of your answers and reasoning behind them. Your answers should be in your own words and in complete sentences. Work that is not your own will not be accepted and will have consequences (see Academic Honesty link in your Syllabus). It is expected that you may have to research to find some answers to questions. Make sure your resources are reliable, and list in detail your resources at the end of your initial response. This initial response posting must be completed prior to you completing the next bullet point to this discussion assignment. To give classmates in your group time to reply to discussion postings, have your initial response posted no later than Sunday, October 11th. Please note: If you do not do your work, then other students in the class cannot complete their work!
Then, read and reply to at least two of your group classmates' initial responses. Choose first the classmates in your group that do not yet have a reply to their initial response discussion. Each of your replies should include: (1) what this student answered well in their case study and why, (2) what question(s) this student needs to correct or expand on further and why, and (3) provide any additional information you learned while completing your initial response.
Remember: Refresh yourself on the Discussions Assignments - Etiquette and Netiquete prior to beginning your discussion initial response.

4 How would antibodies against the ACh receptors affect the influx of Na+ into the cell?
The ACh receptor plays an essential role in ensuring the cell permeability towards Na+. The antibodies against ACh receptors would thus reduce the cell permeability towards Na+. Therefore, there will be a reduced influx of Na+ into the cell.
