What are the essential ideas, requirements, or techniques you learned from reading?
Through the course and looking at each chapter of the current reading material, content has been made about code officials, jurisdiction, and the code approval process. Chapter 11 provides more comprehensive information on these three key issues. Thus, the chapter focuses on the role of code officials, the importance of code jurisdiction, and the steps involved in the code approval process. One of the core ideas from this chapter is that each jurisdiction adopts a set of codes and standards  (Kennon & Harmon, 2018, p. 451).
