It does not necessarily mean that being professional, people should provide only exceptional results. People tend to focus only on the product rather than creating it, which sometimes creates unwanted conflict in the environment. In my case, the two areas I imply to improve are my attitudes/behavior and business practices.
Grus et al. (2018) emphasized professionalism as social values and professional services. This implies that professionalism is composed of various factors that should be monitored and evaluated. Since attitudes and behavior pose a factor for professionalism, and the same goes for ideal service (Ginsburg, 2018), I ought to present myself in a more suitable manner reflecting on my emotional and physical behaviors.
