Universal health care system is making sure that people have access to promotion, protection, cure and rehabilitation health services, and ensuring quality, as well as ensuring that people do not suffer financially when paying for these services. In these modern days, people have started realizing the need for improved and stable health care system in their country. Health care system has gradually grown in many parts of the world. It is a fundamental requirement by the citizen of a state to have stable and well-managed health care system that will be most quality, efficient and effective in their activities and services. Such system will help take care of people's medical services. If a country has advanced democracy, do they have universal health care systems to provide stable and quality health care services to their citizens? Quite contrary to expectation the US does not have a comprehensive health care system, despite being mature democratically.
A plausible hypothesis will try to expand on the situation about the universal health care is that for a country to have global healthcare system they must have a centralized government and distribution of power. For a nation to adopt comprehensive health care system, it is a process that will require the decision of one state actor. However, even if a country has high states’ rights and freedom and separation of powers, it will be comparatively harder for them to adopt a universal health care system. In such government, decisions are made by several states officers or actors, and they undergo a process of approval this may result in a conflict during the process. The hypostasis will be less resilient if there exists a country with advanced democracy (centralized government and fusion of power) but universal health care is not available in their country. Switzerland is a good example that vividly shows that the hypothesis is valid. In Switzerland, they have managed to have universal health care system and centralized state and integration power.
